Eyal Milman- President and CEO

Mr. Eyal Milman was born in Israel in 1956. He is a businessman and entrepreneur. Mr. Milman is the founder of Adin Dental Implant Systems Ltd.  He is serving as the president and CEO of Adin.

Mr. Milman brings proven experience and expertise in business and management, since his early working years he takes part in high level service and industrial corporations.

During the years 1989-1993, Mr. Milman was the founder and manager of M.S. Optical Industries, a high tec company that produced progressive lenses. He developed the company marketing and manufacturing infrastructures and systems.

Mr. Milman founded Adin Dental Implants Systems Ltd. in the year 2000 and since then he is committed to bring  the company to a leading position. Adin under his management and leadership is one of the major dental implant companies in the Israeli market and on the path to be a significant player in the global market.

Mr. Milman studied business administration (marketing) in the Open University of Israel.

Ami Hantman-Senior Vice President, R&D

Mr. Yechiam (Ami) Hantman was born in Israel, October 14, 1947. He is a businessman, inventor, and entrepreneur who is considered one of the pioneers of the dental implant industry in Israel.

Mr. Hantman brings proven experience and expertise in Dental Implants, since its beginning in Israel 22 years ago. Since 2008 serves as Senior Vice President and Partner of Adin Dental Implants Systems Ltd., and is committed to product Research and Development.

During the years 1990-1992, Mr. Hantman was the manager of Core-Vent in Israel. Core-Vent, one of the pioneer companies of the global dental implant industry was at that time a major player in the Israeli market. Further on, in 1992, Mr. Hantman was the founder and President of Medigma Technologies Ltd., one of the first Israeli manufacturers of dental implants. 

Mr. Hantman was also, for many years (1995-2005) the representative and distributor for Steri-Oss, Inc. and later on, after its merger, for Nobel Biocare in Israel. His expertise is in manufacturing process and surface treatment of dental implants and has had extensive experience of R&D and inventions in this field.  He is nationally known as an authority and expert, autodidact in these fields and his significant contribution to the Israeli dental implant industry is widely recognized.

Mr. Hantman received his bachelor degree from Tel Aviv University magna cum laude and studied business administration in the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Kobi Vaanunu, VP, Operations

Mr. Kobi Vaanunu, VP Operations, joined Adin Dental Implants Systems in May 2008. Mr. Vaanunu is in charge of all the operational activity, the company's supply chain and the developing and optimization of its manufacturing processes. Prior to joining Adin, Mr. Vaanunu held the position of VP Operations in Aqua-Maof Technologies, an engineering company specializing in the development of advanced solutions for the Medical and Food industries.

Before that, Mr. Vaanunu held various executive operating positions in the plastic industry, and brings unique experience and approach to his role in Adin Dental Implants Systems.

Chen Landoy-Eini - VP Human Resources

Mrs. Chen Landoy-Eini, Human Resources VP Manager, joined Adin Dental Implants Systems in September 2011. Prior to joining Adin, Mrs. Landoy-Eini held a position Senior Director of Human Resources at Delta, a company dealing with development, marketing and manufacturing for the global market. 

Before that, Mrs. Landoy-Eini held various HR positions in the Semi-Conductors industry and for other Hi-Tech as well as commodities firms.

Chen Landoy-Eini holds B.A and M.A degrees in Human Services and Sociology from the University of Haifa, Israel.

Yana Prus-Galynsky - Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Director

With over 12 years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance of medical devices, Mrs. Yana Prus-Galynsky, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Director, is responsible for leading company's quality, regulatory and compliance functions.

Prior to joining Adin Dental Implants Systems Ltd., Mrs. Prus has served as a Global Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Motorika Medical (Israel) Ltd. , robotic rehabilitation devices manufacturer,  leading regulatory and quality functions. She has also held a regulatory position with Lumenis, developer and manufacturer of medical and aesthetic lasers. While at Lumenis, she prepared numerous regulatory submissions and approvals for medical devices, creating strategies that led to the successful approval of devices.  Prior to Lumenis, Ms. Prus has worked for 3 years at Hi Tech Implants (dental implants company) as Quality and Regulatory Manager. Prior to Hi Tech Implants, Ms. Prus has served as an assistant to QA Director at Philips Medical Systems, assisting to upgrade company's quality system.

Mrs. Prus has graduated Bar Ilan University (medical imaging track) and Rambam Medical Imaging School. She is a current member of ISO TC 210 Working Group 1 (ISO quality system standard for medical devices – ISO 13485) and founded and serves as a president of Israeli Affiliate of Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, leading numerous RAC study groups. Mrs. Prus is a certified ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:28 Lead Auditor (BSI, San Jose, USA) and a frequent speaker at European seminars.

Amir Cahaner - International Sales & Marketing Manager

Mr. Amir Cahaner, International Sales & Marketing Manager, joined Adin Dental Implants Systems in May 2011. Prior to joining Adin, Mr. Cahaner held the position of Sales & Marketing Director of Tamuz, a contract manufacturing company serving the Medical Device, Semi-Conductors and Telecom Industries, with locations both in Israel and in China. 

Before that, Mr. Cahaner held various engineering positions, specializing in the manufacturing performance improvement and redesigning for Medical and Hi-Tech devices.

Amir Cahaner holds a B.Sc. Degree from the Technion, Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
