Draftsman, Engineering Department | HQ – Afula, Israel

Responsibilities

Preparing production drawings and designing 3D models
Maintaining the engineering data base
Creating SKUs and product trees
Production of audit reports in association of measurement tools
Designing facilities, mechanisms and various production aids

Requirements

Education: Mechanical Engineer – mandatory

Experience

3 years of experience as a draftsman of 3 years, including the preparation of production drawings – mandatory
Reading and understanding of blueprints – mandatory
Experience in planning and drawing mechanisms – a significant advantage
Experience in preparing drawings for machining – a significant advantage
Experience in establishing and updating product trees – a significant advantage
Experience in miniature mechanical design – an advantage
Experience in the medical / dental field – an advantage

Computer skills:
Knowledge of: SolidWorks
EPDM software – an advantage
solid-edge software and other 3D software – an advantage

Required characteristics

Self discipline, responsibility, meeting objectives, team player, self learner, Work in a changing environment, ability to deal with changes.
